Modular water storage soakaway crates are used for attenuation and infiltration systems and are part of our storm water management range of products.

Heavy duty 65T soakaway crates are suitable for vehicle loads up to and exceeding 65T load rating. Load capacity is further determined by soil type, cover depth, surface finish etc. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements if you need advice or guidance about the suitability of these crates for your soakaway or attenuation system.

This crate has a compressive strengh of 65T/m2. We also recommend that your groundwork contractor undertakes a percolation test on your soil to calculate the correct volume of storage requried for your system. As a general guide, based on your soil type not being heavy/clay, you can estimate the size of your soakaway using a ratio of 1 crate per 20m2 of surface area that you are draining. However we do advise that the correct percolation tests are carried out prior to you designing your soakaway system.
